About the role

FedEx is looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant to support its operational leadership in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves monitoring production lines, coordinating activities, and ensuring daily targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the assembly line to meet goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate production activities across multiple sectors.
• Support the training process for handlers.
• Report hourly productivity and follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Participate in team meetings with management and customers.
• Ensure daily operational goals are achieved.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of clerical experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dynamic, creative, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work with goals and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Planning, organizing and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
