Over de functie
Als Auxiliar Técnico de Informática ben je verantwoordelijk voor het interne onderhoud en de testen van diverse IT‑apparatuur. Je biedt zowel onsite als remote ondersteuning aan klanten, met name op het gebied van printers en andere hardware.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan computers, printers en overige IT‑apparatuur.
- Diagnosticeren en oplossen van technische problemen op afstand via remote support.
- Ondersteunen van veldtechnici bij complexe storingen.
- Testen van nieuwe apparatuur en zorgen voor correcte installatie.
Gewenst profiel
- Basiskennis van computerhardware en printertechnologie.
- Ervaring met remote support tools en klantcontact.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en nauwkeurigheid.
Vereiste vaardigheden
- Hardware‑onderhoud en -reparatie.
- Remote support (bijv. via TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Printers configureren en onderhouden.
