About the role
We are looking for a motivated Balconista de Ótica to join our optical store in São Paulo. The successful candidate will greet customers, assist with product selection, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers on lenses, frames, and accessories.
- Process sales transactions using the store’s POS system.
- Maintain the display area, ensuring products are well‑presented and stocked.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to company policy.
- Support inventory control and periodic stock counts.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in an optical store (formal employment record required).
- Residence in the Itaquera or Guarulhos neighborhoods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work on a full‑time schedule under a CLT contract.
