About the role

We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Portuguese‑English Sales Development Representative to join our remote SaaS sales team. You will work closely with account managers and clients to drive pipeline growth through strategic prospecting, qualification, and meeting scheduling.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for account managers.
Maintain and update prospect information in a CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities.
Track outreach metrics and continuously improve prospecting effectiveness.

Required profile

Bilingual Portuguese and English at native or professional level.
Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling experience in B2B tech or SaaS.
Proven success using multiple outreach tools and managing outbound lead pipelines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
