Bilingual Supply Chain Planner

About the role

Zebra is seeking a bilingual Supply Chain Planner to manage the flow of key products for its Supplies business in Brazil. You will coordinate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, sales, and internal planners to ensure on‑time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the supply schedule, keeping inventory at optimal levels.
• Collaborate with Global Demand Planners and Sales to review and refine demand forecasts.
• Identify and resolve constraints affecting capacity, transportation, and order management.
• Monitor open purchase orders and work with Order Management to correct administrative issues.
• Coordinate production and shipping schedules with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects for material management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field preferred).
• 2‑5 years of experience in supply chain or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or a comparable ERP system.
