Billing Analyst – Contracts & Invoicing (Telecom)

About the role

We are looking for a Billing Analyst specialized in Contracts & Invoicing to join our high‑volume B2B billing team in the telecommunications sector. The role is responsible for the contractual and invoicing control stages of the Order‑to‑Cash process, ensuring every invoice is accurate, compliant and audit‑ready before it reaches the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and control the Contracts & Invoicing stages of the Order‑to‑Cash cycle.
• Validate sales orders and invoices against purchase orders, contracts, pricing references and billing structures.
• Create, update and verify sales orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare, review and correct invoice drafts, maintaining full traceability.
• Register invoices and supporting documents in official repositories and submit them through customer portals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Contracts, Projects, PMO, Warehouse and Finance to gather billing inputs.
• Monitor invoice status, ageing, blockers and service‑level agreements, ensuring timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the telecommunications market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, contract administration or revenue operations.
• Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably TOTVS Protheus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for controls, reconciliations and reporting.
• Working knowledge of indirect taxation and invoice compliance.
