Business Consultant – AI Projects (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

Volis is seeking a Business Consultant to join its Brazil team and work directly with the Head of Engagement & Commercial. This client‑facing position focuses on translating business challenges into AI‑driven solutions that deliver measurable operational impact.

Key responsibilities

• Structure business problems and develop data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead client interactions, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases, initiatives, and project plans.
• Identify and quantify ROI to guide AI impact.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive end‑to‑end project execution.
• Analyze business performance and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support commercial and engagement activities alongside leadership.

Required profile

• Strong logical reasoning and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Solid experience in consulting, banking, strategy, business analytics, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with data to support business decisions.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its business transformation potential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and adaptability.
• English (highly valued); Spanish (strong differentiator, not mandatory).
