Business Developer – Corporate Services

About the role

Citco is seeking a Business Developer to expand its Corporate Services offering in Brazil. You will work closely with the Corporate Solutions team across the Americas, engaging with banks, tax advisors, investment firms, family offices and law firms to drive new business and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support product development and sales initiatives in partnership with the Regional Head and senior leadership.
• Build, maintain and measure a feeder network for private clients, family offices, alternative investment funds and corporate clients.
• Conduct video‑conference calls and meetings with prospective clients and feeders, focusing on wealth planning and intergenerational wealth transfer.
• Prepare and execute periodic Business Development and Sales Plans for the Americas region.
• Maintain leads, prospects and the BD & Sales pipeline, targeting strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to support brand‑building events and develop promotional materials.
• Coordinate Requests for Proposals and new business proposals for management review.
• Assist with regional implementation projects and transition them to business‑as‑usual operations.
• Track sales activity, revenue forecasts and profitability, reporting risks to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or client acquisition within financial services or corporate governance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
