Business Development Manager – CFDs & FX Brokerage (Brazil)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth in the FX & CFDs brokerage space in Brazil. The role combines hunting new Introducing Brokers, affiliates and retail clients with farming existing partner relationships to increase revenue and trading volume.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new Introducing Brokers, affiliates and retail clients across assigned markets.
• Maintain and expand existing partner and client portfolios through regular engagement and performance optimisation.
• Meet and exceed revenue, active client and trading volume targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and high‑potential verticals.
• Manage the full sales pipeline in a CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee compliant onboarding of partners and clients in line with regulatory and internal policies.
• Represent the brand at meetings, webinars and industry events while collaborating with marketing, operations and dealing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience in the FX & CFDs industry.
• Strong knowledge of trading products such as FX, CFDs and platforms like MT4 and MT5.
• Proven track record of acquiring new IBs, affiliates or clients and managing trading portfolios.
• Experience with partner programmes, rebates, spreads and promotional structures.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly proactive, self‑motivated and able to perform under pressure.
