Business Development Manager

About the role

This position is an Operations Manager role within the Offline Operations team, dedicated to Car Rentals Operations. You will lead the Rental EV operation end‑to‑end, aiming to maximise fleet occupancy and retain drivers for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Rental EV operation from end‑to‑end, focusing on fleet occupancy and churn reduction.
• Manage partnerships with car rental companies to standardise driver acquisition and vehicle allocation flows.
• Own the sales and allocation funnel performance, acting on data and KPIs such as occupancy, churn and time‑to‑allocation.
• Standardise and scale new rental projects by creating repeatable operational processes.
• Improve data‑driven decision‑making and operational efficiency through Salesforce governance and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in end‑to‑end operational leadership, preferably in car rentals or the EV sector.
• Experience managing complex external partnerships to achieve clear, standardised operational flows.
• Ability to own funnel performance metrics and act decisively using data and KPIs.
• Experience improving operational efficiency, including familiarity with Salesforce governance and automation initiatives.
