Business Development Manager

About the role
Bettr, a leading brand of Ant International, is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead its expansion in Brazil’s fintech ecosystem. You will act as the public face of Bettr, building and managing strategic partnerships with e‑commerce platforms, payment service providers, and SaaS companies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and commercial cooperation with banks, fintechs, and e‑commerce marketplaces across Brazil.
- Develop high‑trust relationships with C‑suite executives and leverage your network to secure partnerships.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding, working closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and R&D teams.
- Own post‑launch relationship management, monitoring traffic, engagement, and conversion to maximize ROI for both partners and Bettr.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in banking, fintech, or payment industries.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and execute contracts.
- Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, credit‑risk management, and the technical R&D lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making and a focus on ROI.
