Business Development Manager – São Paulo

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead 99food’s expansion in São Paulo by acquiring new restaurant partners and increasing market presence across key neighborhoods. You will act as the face of the brand, engaging directly with restaurant owners to understand their needs and showcase how 99food can improve their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own city‑level sales targets, develop expansion plans, and drive revenue through signed contracts.
• Focus on full‑service restaurants, quick‑service outlets, coffee shops, and other F&B merchants to boost market penetration.
• Manage, coach, and train the city sales team, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes.
• Establish team KPIs and incentive programs to motivate performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Product teams to align messaging and streamline onboarding.
