Business Development Manager – São Paulo

About the role

Excent Capital, a regulated global financial group, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its São Paulo office. You will work as part of the commercial engine, partnering with business partners and executing growth strategies across LATAM, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The role is full‑time and on‑site, reporting directly to the commercial leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads across multiple regions and markets.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of business partners.
• Execute multichannel outbound outreach and conduct discovery calls.
• Activate and onboard new business partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM data with discipline.
• Collaborate closely with partners to drive business development.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development, including B2B prospecting and client relationship management.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Clear, direct and persuasive communicator with high energy and discipline.
• Self‑starter who can execute without waiting for direction.
