Business Development Manager – TikTok Shop

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate the adoption of TikTok Shop Ads across our top enterprise and mid‑market accounts in Brazil. You will act as a trusted consultant, helping brands integrate commerce and media strategies to grow their businesses on TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on TikTok Shop adoption and commerce media strategy.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on TikTok Shop Ads, educating clients and internal teams on product capabilities and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Solutions, and E‑commerce teams to deliver integrated media plans.
• Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio and create tailored activation plans to maximize Shop Ads usage.
• Analyze campaign performance and business data to provide actionable recommendations and compelling narratives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to proactively guide client strategy.
• Champion feedback loops with product and cross‑functional teams to improve TikTok Shop solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, eCommerce, or media sales.
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships and delivering data‑driven solutions.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Required skills
