Business Development Manager – Travel Tech (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

RateHawk, a leading travel‑tech brand within Emerging Travel Group, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and partnership growth across Brazil. This remote position focuses on expanding our B2B network of tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies and OTAs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities to meet growth targets in the assigned territory.
• Onboard new partners and deliver comprehensive system training.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners and provide first‑level account support.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, including documentation and technical setup.
• Monitor compliance with commercial terms and oversee payment flows.
• Travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings, industry events and business trips.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and report regularly through CRM and internal tools.
• Initiate API integration deals with potential and current partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience in the travel industry.
• Deep knowledge of Brazil’s travel market and B2B networks.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• International mindset with ability to work across cultures.
• Experience with API technology deals is a plus.
