Business Recruiter – São Paulo

About the role

Figma is seeking an experienced Business Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for its fast‑growing business teams in Latin America. Based in São Paulo, you will partner with senior leaders, primarily in Sales, to design and execute talent strategies that support rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting processes for sales and other business functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create top‑of‑funnel strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Source candidates through cold outreach, events, referrals and inbound applications.
• Use data and metrics to refine hiring strategies and present insights to executives.
• Lead initiatives that promote belonging, equity and impact across the region.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑cycle, in‑house recruiting experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record partnering with senior executives on high‑volume sales searches.
• Ability to craft talent strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Focus on recruiting for Latin America.
