Business Unit FP&A Specialist

About the role

RecargaPay is seeking a Business Unit FP&A Specialist to lead financial oversight, planning and analysis for one or more of its business units (Payments, Credit, Cards, Acquiring, etc.). The role combines strategic financial expertise with a hands‑on approach in Brazil’s fast‑evolving financial market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed financial models, forecasts, budgets and long‑term plans for assigned business units.
• Collaborate with the Consolidation team and BU leaders to ensure accurate financial projections.
• Establish KPIs, monitor financial performance, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate, timely BU financial reports and consolidate data for investors and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with Brazil’s regulatory environment.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
