Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

We are conducting a confidential search for a high‑growth, venture‑backed technology company that operates globally. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors to drive strategic finance, operational excellence, and corporate development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on financial planning, growth strategy, capital allocation, and performance management.
• Lead and develop a global finance organization of ~30 professionals, including 7 direct reports.
• Oversee FP&A, FinOps, Investor Relations, People Operations, Revenue Operations, and M&A functions.
• Drive company‑wide forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance management processes.
• Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency and support scalable growth.
• Lead investor communications, board reporting, and strategic financial analyses.
• Evaluate, structure, and execute M&A opportunities and other strategic initiatives.
• Strengthen financial governance, reporting frameworks, controls, and decision‑making across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance organizations with significant U.S. cross‑border exposure.
• Strong understanding of international financial operations, preferably in global technology or high‑growth environments.
• Prior experience at a top‑tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) is strongly preferred.
• Previous executive finance role such as CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance.
• Track record in M&A, corporate development, strategic finance, and investor‑facing activities.
• Experience managing and developing senior leaders across multiple business functions.
• Fluent English required.
