Collections Supervisor – Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a remote Collections Supervisor to lead our accounts‑receivable team and ensure timely recovery of payments from corporate clients. The role combines strategic oversight of collection processes with hands‑on negotiation of complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of collection agents to achieve KPI targets such as DSO, aging, delinquency and recovery rate.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end accounts‑receivable cycle, monitoring cash flow and reporting performance.
• Conduct high‑value negotiations and handle escalated customer disputes.
• Develop and implement process improvements and automation tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and sales departments on credit policies and cross‑border transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts‑receivable, collections or credit, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical mindset, results‑oriented and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with financial ERP systems.
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools (preferred).
