Construction & Heavy Equipment Roles for Guyana Project

About the role

We are partnering with Paritas Recruitment to staff a major construction and infrastructure project in Guyana. The project requires a range of skilled professionals, including civil engineers, heavy‑equipment operators, truck drivers, welders and a project administrator.

Key responsibilities

• Civil Engineers: design, supervise and review construction plans and ensure compliance with standards.
• Excavator, Bulldozer and Loader Operators: operate machinery safely to execute earthworks and site preparation.
• Truck Drivers: transport materials and equipment to and from the site.
• Welders: perform structural welding using appropriate techniques.
• Project Administrator: manage documentation, schedules and communication for the project team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the relevant construction or heavy‑equipment field.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international project environment.
• Reliability, strong work ethic and willingness to relocate.
