Construction Project Manager – Real Estate (Camaçari, Bahia)

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of real‑estate construction projects in Camaçari, Bahia. Reporting to the client and coordinating with consultants, the role ensures that project objectives, budgets and schedules are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets, overseeing general contractors and subcontractors.
• Review construction proposals, pricing, scopes and cost estimates; approve capital expenditure.
• Track critical milestones, prevent schedule slips and provide regular updates to the client.
• Monitor construction cost drivers, support engineering decisions and handle design‑build changes.
• Process payment applications, review final invoices and retention payments.
• Record events that may lead to claims and act on the client’s behalf during disputes, change orders or modifications.
• Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews and oversee handover of building operations, including close‑out documentation and warranties.
