About the role

Mastercard’s Data & Services team is looking for passionate graduates to join as Consultants in Business Experimentation. In this role you will help global brands answer strategic questions using data‑driven insights and innovative consulting approaches.

Key responsibilities

  • Work on small, agile teams to solve clients’ most challenging strategic problems through data‑driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with motivated peers and senior stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and guide impactful decisions.
