About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Consultant in Program Management within its Advisors & Consulting Services team. The role supports clients across industries by guiding business transformations and implementing Mastercard’s strategic assets and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage defined workstreams or small projects, often embedded within software development or product teams.
• Collaborate hands‑on with engineers, testers and product owners to support agile delivery.
• Track progress, manage risks and ensure outcomes align with client objectives.
• Conduct complex analyses and prepare communications for clients and internal leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations and assist with implementation tasks alongside client staff.

Required profile

• Experience managing workstreams or small projects in a consulting or technology environment.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and communicate analytical findings.
• Strong orientation toward delivering client‑focused outcomes.
