Content QA Reviewer – Remote Video Evaluation (Short‑term Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Content QA Reviewer to evaluate AI‑generated and real‑world video content. This short‑term, full‑time remote contract involves 40 hours per week with a required 6‑hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Assess visual media using structured guidelines and rating frameworks.
• Identify hallucinations, object morphing, disappearing objects, unrealistic movements, and other visual anomalies.
• Provide clear, written justifications for each evaluation decision.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across high‑volume annotation tasks.
• Evaluate media quality based on realism, motion, lighting, composition, camera movement, and overall production standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve AI model evaluation and benchmark reliability.
• Incorporate feedback from LLM performance metrics into training data creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Film, Media, Animation, VFX, Photography, Cinematography, Architecture, Industrial Design, Creative Writing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in media production, content creation, or content review.
• Mandatory experience working directly with designers, photographers, or videographers.
• Strong understanding of motion realism, lighting, composition, camera movement, and production quality.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and research abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
