About the role

The company Acciona, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, is seeking a Planning Coordinator to support its water sanitation project in Caruaru and surrounding areas of Pernambuco. The role focuses on managing and controlling the execution of action plans and processes defined by senior management, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control execution of action plans and processes set by management.
• Plan operational activities, allocate resources, and monitor results for construction projects.
• Prepare periodic investment trend reports to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate follow‑up of action plans for major works.
• Provide data on investments to senior leadership for periodic planning.
• Supervise environmental, expropriation and project design timelines.
• Manage contracts for supplies and service providers.
• Develop detailed execution plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress against schedule, cost, quality and safety targets.
• Allocate labor, materials and equipment efficiently.
• Document project progress and key milestones in regular reports.

Required profile

• Experience in construction planning and control, preferably in large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presenting data to senior management.
