About the role
The Coordinator will lead professional development programs for teachers and staff, ensuring effective training and continuous improvement. This position works closely with academic and administrative teams and aligns with ISP’s commitment to safeguarding, diversity, and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee professional development programs for teachers and staff.
- Develop and implement training and development strategies.
- Monitor and report on program performance and metrics.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support professional learning.
- Provide training and support to staff on professional development best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in professional development program management.
- Proven track record of successful professional development initiatives.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of professional development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
