Country Manager – Data Centres (Brazil)

About the role

We are seeking a Country Manager to lead the launch and growth of a fast‑growing data centre platform in Brazil. Reporting to the global executive team, you will be responsible for establishing the company’s presence in one of the world’s fastest‑expanding digital infrastructure markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute market entry strategy and drive business expansion.
• Identify, acquire, and develop land for data centre sites.
• Engage with government bodies and regulatory authorities to secure approvals.
• Build commercial partnerships and manage key customer relationships.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across development, construction, and operations.
• Scale the local organisation and ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data centres, digital infrastructure, energy & utilities, real estate development, telecommunications or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong track record of market entry and business scaling in emerging markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management with government, regulators and commercial partners.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
