About the role
Join FedEx as a Courier responsible for on‑road pick‑up and delivery of parcels. You will interact directly with customers, ensure timely shipments, and support the smooth operation of our logistics network.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver packages across assigned routes.
- Provide courteous customer service during pickups and drop‑offs.
- Handle parcel packing and labeling according to FedEx standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues.
- Ensure vehicle safety and compliance with traffic regulations.
Required profile
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
- Valid driving licence – motorbike, class B vehicle, LGV, MGV or HGV (as applicable).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
