Creator Community Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote Creator Community Manager to join our global video‑game and esports marketing team. You will be the main point of contact for Brazilian gaming creators, helping them grow within our programs and ensuring a smooth, engaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard creators into our marketing programs, driving participation and retention.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, answering creator questions and facilitating communication.
• Moderate creator content, reviewing submissions against program guidelines to maintain quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency.
• Passionate mobile‑game player, especially shooter or battle‑royale titles, with a solid understanding of creator culture.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and responsive in daily communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skills.
• Well‑organized and comfortable working remotely.
• Available to work within Brazilian business hours.
