Credit Controller – São Paulo

About the role

Booking.com is looking for a full‑time Credit Controller to join its São Paulo office. You will be the main point of contact for customers regarding invoice matters, ensuring payments are received according to contract terms while building strong relationships with partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hotel accounts and monitor invoice payment status.
• Initiate outbound calls to collect outstanding payments and secure payment promises.
• Respond to partner inquiries about commissions, invoices and other financial matters.
• Support the collection of open invoices and implement scalable solutions to improve cash flow.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and enhance cash allocation processes.
• Own key performance indicators such as DSO, cash receipt percentages within 30, 60 and 90 days.
