Customer Service Representative II

About the role

This position is the primary contact for order‑related activities, managing an independent portfolio of customer accounts across one or two segments for Brazil. The role requires on‑site presence five days a week and fluency in English.

Key responsibilities

• Process order‑to‑cash from contract management through order confirmation, invoicing and delivery for all order types (EDI, export, WOC).
• Act as front‑line business contact for product, service and supply‑chain inquiries, keeping clients proactively informed.
• Analyze SAP reports to identify and resolve open issues, interfacing with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Product Stewardship, Trade Compliance and Quality.
• Receive, enter and manage customer non‑conformances/claims, including debit/credit note management.
• Build sustainable customer trust through open, proactive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of customer service or account‑management experience.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
• Strong business acumen, ability to handle multiple requests, and maintain composure under stress.
• Experience in complex international environments and ability to prioritize workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel).
• Experience with SAP (SD module) or similar enterprise systems.
