Customer Success & Operations Intern

About the role

You will work directly with creators and top‑tech brands on both sides of every deal, handling issues that arise in campaigns or payments. The role combines hands‑on support, automation building, and AI‑agent testing, giving you a full view of how the marketplace operates.

Key responsibilities

• Answer creators and brands about product usage, deal status, and account fixes.
• Test the AI support agent, identify incorrect answers, and write corrective content.
• Turn recurring issues into projects or bug reports for engineering.
• Build workflows and automations to remove repetitive work.
• Spot stalled deals and follow up with the silent party.
• Maintain and update the Help Center with new articles.
• Review and approve creators and brands joining the marketplace.

Required profile

• Studying Computer Science or Business with strong technical aptitude.
• In the fifth semester or later of your studies.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Daily user of AI tools and ability to spot incorrect output.
• Built at least one automation using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in asking for help when stuck.
