Cyber Security Engineer – Talent Pool

About the role

We are creating a talent pool of experienced Cyber Security Engineers to feed our expanding security organization. Members of this pool will be the first considered for upcoming positions across multiple security domains, including endpoint protection, AI security, cloud security, security architecture, and security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Stay engaged with the security community and be ready to step into new roles as they arise.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and keep your expertise current with emerging threats and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal security teams to provide expertise on complex security challenges.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in information security or cybersecurity.
• At least 3 years in a senior security engineering or architecture role within large‑scale corporate environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Endpoint security, network security, application security, identity management.
• Securing cloud environments – AWS, Azure, GCP (workloads, APIs, data services).
• AI/ML security concepts, including controls for GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Security tooling: DLP, SIEM, EDR, LLM firewalls, AI detection & response platforms.
• Hardening techniques, vulnerability management, security posture assessment.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
