Data Engineer – Snowflake (Sao Paulo)

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking an experienced Data Engineer specialized in Snowflake to join its Sao Paulo team. You will work with Azure cloud services and modern data pipelines, ensuring reliable data delivery for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and execution failures across Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Snowflake pipelines.
• Analyse monitoring reports, create PBIs/user stories, and drive issue resolution.
• Provide timely support to users via Zoom channels, capture process gaps and implement fixes.
• Design, develop and maintain batch and streaming pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python and Spark.
• Investigate data quality issues, perform missing‑data analysis and remediate jobs that deviate from schedules.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in pipeline design, support and development (5+ years for senior‑level roles).
• Strong background in Azure cloud services, Snowflake and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with Git‑based version control and collaborative development workflows.
