About the role
As a member of BCG X Delivery, you will bridge technology and strategy, working on ambitious AI‑driven delivery projects for BCG’s consulting and X teams. You will collaborate with top consulting groups worldwide, applying your software development expertise to accelerate project execution and create innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with consulting teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI‑enabled software components for delivery platforms.
- Provide technical insights that speed up project delivery and improve quality.
- Contribute to international projects, ensuring alignment with BCG’s standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong background in software engineering with a passion for AI and delivery technologies.
