About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer specialized in Android and Kotlin to join a leading partner company in Brazil. In this role you will design and build high‑performance, scalable mobile applications that serve large user bases and critical business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Android architectures using MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modern Kotlin practices.
• Develop features that integrate with REST/SOAP APIs, Firebase services, push notifications, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize performance through profiling, debugging, and improving UI responsiveness, memory usage, and background processing.
• Implement offline‑first solutions with Room, WorkManager, caching, and synchronization mechanisms.
• Lead technical initiatives such as code reviews, architectural migrations (e.g., XML to Jetpack Compose), and CI/CD improvements.
• Ensure security and compliance via encryption, biometric authentication, and accessibility standards.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and promote best engineering practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and modern Android frameworks.
• Proven track record building complex applications with integrations like payments or fiscal APIs.
• Experience publishing apps on Google Play and supporting diverse Android devices.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
