DevOps & Security Engineer

About the role

Reflow is seeking a DevOps & Security Engineer to own and evolve its cloud infrastructure. You will ensure the platform runs fast, safely, and reliably while supporting rapid growth and multi‑tenant workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and scale infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design isolated multi‑tenant environments for enterprise customers.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance dashboards.
• Lead data‑protection initiatives, including encryption, access control, and threat detection.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Partner with engineering teams to migrate toward a more efficient, secure cloud architecture.
• Support ongoing security reviews, compliance efforts, and audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong background in CI/CD, container orchestration, and automated scaling.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure security, encryption, and monitoring.
• Ability to balance performance, cost, and reliability.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable making tough reliability decisions.
