Digital Customer Service Analyst – French Required (Mid / Senior Level)

About the role

Join Bosch’s new Digital Customer Service Hub in Brazil, supporting Mobility Aftermarket operations in North America. As a Digital Customer Service Analyst you will help design and operate digital support channels, leveraging data, automation and AI to improve service quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer requests via email, chat, self‑service platforms and back‑office processes.
• Ensure cases are resolved accurately, efficiently and in line with service standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for problem resolution, case follow‑up and escalation handling.
• Build and refine processes, implement digital tools and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and use data‑driven insights to optimise the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Residence in the Campinas region with availability to work onsite three days per week.
• Experience in customer service, process support, automation or related functions, preferably in an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with digital tools powered by Artificial Intelligence.
