Digital Customer Service Analyst – French Required (Mid/Senior Level)

About the role

Join Bosch's new Digital Customer Service Hub in Brazil, supporting Mobility Aftermarket operations in North America. You will help build and optimise digital support processes, leveraging automation and AI to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer requests via email, chat, self‑service platforms and back‑office processes.
• Ensure cases are handled accurately, efficiently and with a strong customer focus.
• Support problem resolution, case follow‑up and escalation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Residence in the Campinas region with availability to work onsite three days per week.
• Experience in customer service, operations or process support, preferably in an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis.
• Familiarity with digital tools powered by Artificial Intelligence.
