Digital Solutions Project Manager

About the role

The Digital Solutions Project Manager will lead the delivery of a single product or service project for an external customer, taking full accountability for revenue, profitability and overall project performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as the main point of contact for all project administration tasks.
• Organise project launch meetings and ensure requirements are met according to company procedures.
• Run the project in line with the project‑management system, adapting procedures where contract requirements dictate.
• Implement project controls, including contract, claims, risk and change management.
• Identify and mitigate scope changes through Management of Change processes.
• Provide regular updates and forecasts on cash milestones, margin, delivery dates and resource utilisation.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Document lessons learned and opportunities for process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Computer Science (post‑graduate degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
• Experience managing digital transformation or systems‑implementation projects.
• Strong communication, analytical and conflict‑resolution skills.
