Director, Client Delivery

About the role

The Director of Client Delivery acts as the voice of the customer, ensuring that all delivery functions—including Operations, Technology, Product, and Accounting—are aligned with client success. This senior leader mentors a team of Account Managers/Directors, drives strategic initiatives, and coordinates cross‑functional efforts to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, grow and manage a team of Account Managers/Directors, fostering client‑focused communication and performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product and Accounting to prioritize and implement client requests.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, overseeing renewals, RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Drive project management from concept through implementation, including new client onboarding and technology support.
• Conduct regular business reviews, manage savings matrices, and support risk assessment and implementation plans.
• Provide coaching, goal setting and performance feedback, and identify training and promotion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and ensure alignment with API technology platforms.
