Director, LATAM Impact

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a senior leader to drive its Impact agenda across Latin America. The Director, LATAM Impact will translate global sustainability, AI, education and employee initiatives into regional programs that create commercial advantage and societal benefit.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end LATAM Impact strategy, adapting global commitments into localized actions.
• Lead policy and advocacy efforts with government and public‑sector stakeholders.
• Identify high‑impact grantees and startups, linking them to Salesforce philanthropy and technology.
• Represent LATAM interests within the global Impact team, ensuring regional nuances shape worldwide plans.
• Drive internal advocacy, aligning leadership and employee impact programs with business priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Solution Engineering to embed Impact narratives into strategic accounts.
• Provide regional advisory on AI and the Agentforce platform.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Deep expertise in sustainability and impact initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage high‑stakes partnerships.
• Based in São Paulo, Mexico City or Buenos Aires.
