Director, Product Management

About the role

This senior product leadership position is based in Brazil and focuses on shaping privacy‑first digital products used by millions worldwide. You will define product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and user insights teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution across key initiatives, aligning with company vision and business goals.
• Drive end‑to‑end product development from discovery through launch, iteration, and post‑launch optimization.
• Partner with engineering, design, and research to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high‑quality experiences.
• Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to inform decisions and improve adoption.
• Translate complex technical and privacy concepts into clear, user‑friendly solutions.
• Coach and mentor product managers and cross‑functional team members.
• Align stakeholders on goals, resources, and long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering products with 500K+ weekly active users.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to simplify complex technical domains, especially privacy, security, or infrastructure.
• Experience building roadmaps and driving execution in fast‑paced, remote environments.
