Diretor Comercial – Brazil

About the role

Cardinal Health is seeking a Diretor Comercial to lead its Brazil commercial enterprise. The role is responsible for overall business strategy, development, and full P&L accountability, driving profitable growth in the healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the country P&L, ensuring sustainable profitable growth.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market, sales, and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Produce sales forecasts, performance reports and corrective action plans.
• Define pricing, portfolio and market‑share growth strategies.
• Lead commercial performance, achieving sales, growth and profitability targets.
• Manage distributors and channel partners to optimise market coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders and strategic partners; participate in major negotiations and contract closures.
• Identify new business opportunities, market expansion and customer acquisition.
• Align country strategy with regional and global objectives and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) and provide market insights for regional decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop the commercial team, fostering a high‑performance culture and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of commercial experience with strong sales and channel exposure.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing large commercial teams.
