Early Career Talent Partner

About the role

The Early Career Talent Partner will lead the attraction, assessment and hiring of interns, graduates and apprentices, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume early‑career recruitment from job posting through assessment (using HireVue), selection and offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organisations and campus groups to create sustainable talent pipelines.
• Lead campus recruitment activities, career fairs, university events, talent marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with local early‑career hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Solid recruitment experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Native‑level Portuguese and fluent English.
• Proactive, collaborative and adaptable in an international environment.

Required skills

• Experience using HireVue or similar digital assessment platforms.
• Proficiency with recruitment systems and digital tools.
