About the role

Talk Kids is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Early Years classroom for children aged 18 months to 5 years. The role combines curriculum planning, hands‑on teaching, and fostering a nurturing environment that supports holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s educational philosophy.
• Create meaningful learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth.
• Maintain an organized, safe and welcoming classroom environment.
• Observe, assess and document each child’s progress and development.
• Promote a culture of respect, kindness and positive relationships among students and staff.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions and school events.
• Follow all school policies, procedures and daily schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Pedagogy).
• Fluent English.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork abilities.
