About the role

Acciona, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join its water and sewage project in the Pernambuco region of Brazil. The role will ensure the availability, reliability and performance of electromechanical equipment used in water and wastewater systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise electromechanical maintenance activities across multiple sites (Arcoverde, Serra Talhada, Afogados da Ingazeira and Petrolândia).
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee equipment uptime.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Report equipment status and maintenance results to project management.

Required profile

• Technical training in Electromechanics, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
• Proven experience in coordinating electromechanical maintenance and leading teams.
• Ability to work on-site in the specified regions of Pernambuco.
