Enterprise Business Development Representative – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

Revenx is seeking its first Enterprise Business Development Representative to build a partnership development function from the ground up. Working remotely from Brazil, you will focus on outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings with executive decision‑makers for our Director of Growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect a targeted list of IMOs, FMOs, insurance agencies and enterprise organizations.
• Make 70–100 outbound calls daily and engage owners, executives and Directors of Sales.
• Qualify partnership opportunities and schedule qualified meetings directly onto the Director of Growth’s calendar.
• Execute consistent follow‑up via phone, email, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Research target organizations, identify key decision‑makers and maintain detailed CRM records.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies and prospecting campaigns.
• Consistently meet activity and meeting‑booking goals.

Required profile

• Fluent English with confidence in speaking.
• Enjoys cold‑calling and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with business owners and executives.
• Organized, disciplined and resilient to rejection.
• Motivated by performance metrics and continuous improvement.
• Looking to build a long‑term career in business development.
