About the role

Acciona, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, is looking for a Financial Structuring Specialist to join its sanitation project in Pernambuco. The professional will design the architecture of large credit operations and act as a strategic bridge between the business’s capital needs and market‑available financial tools.

Key responsibilities

• Structure debenture issuances, BNB, BNDES and multilateral financings.
• Negotiate complex credit lines with national and international banks.
• Prepare financing contracts, guarantee provisions and account administration agreements.
• Build long‑term cash‑flow projections to ensure debt serviceability.
• Analyze economic‑financial viability of projects and develop executive presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or related fields.
• Post‑graduate degree or MBA in Finance, Capital Markets or Controllership (preferred).
• Strong commercial negotiation ability and clear communication skills.
• Fluent English and/or Spanish is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling.
• Financial mathematics applied to project financing.
• Knowledge of CVM and ANBIMA regulations.
• PowerPoint for executive material preparation.
