Especialista Fiscal

About the role

We are looking for a Fiscal Specialist to join our team in Manaus. The role supports BIC World’s manufacturing operations by ensuring compliance with Brazilian tax regulations and managing fiscal incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and reconcile ICMS, PIS and COFINS taxes for incentivized industrial activities.
• Monitor and apply tax legislation, including ZFM incentives and recent tax reforms.
• Lead fiscal incentive projects and PPB (Production Incentive Programs) implementation.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies such as Suframa, Sedecti, Sefaz and Sudam.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using PowerBI, incorporating AI tools where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or Law.
• Proven experience in tax functions, preferably within incentivized industries.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ICMS, PIS and COFINS calculations.
• Understanding of Brazilian tax legislation and incentive policies.
• Experience with PowerBI and AI‑enhanced data analysis (preferred).
• Post‑graduate studies in Taxation (preferred).
